This is not an upside down, jumping around kinda yoga class.  If you want a "workout" I'm afraid this class will not suit your wants.  This class is geared towards stretching, breathing and relaxing.  Offering some TLC to our bodies.
 Bring a blanket or your mat (optional).

   Knead 4 Touch has oval bolsters available for sale from Inner Space Yoga. They assist the user to sit comfortably during meditation and helps the body stretch and relax in a restorative yoga session. Each bolster is handmade by Angela McWilliams or local sewers in Asheville, NC. Feel free to come to one of our classes or visit the Knead 4 Toimageuch office to browse our selection.
